Return Policy

Inspereza offers a “no questions asked” 30-day return policy. Under this policy, should you decide to return the unused jewelry, we will refund the entire amount through the same medium as it was originally paid. However, Bank Wire refunds will be made via a certified cheque mailed to your billing address.

How to Return

  • Call our Customer Care Team on (877) 467-7373 and quote your number Purchase Order number and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Code.
  • Include all the material that was in the original shipment in the box that you are returning to us including any reading material, certificates etc.
  • We will also email you the return shipping label that you need to affix to the outer of the packaging that you are sending to us.
  • Call FedEx on the number mentioned in this shipping label to schedule a pickup.
  • Handover the packaging to the FedEx representative and maintain the counterfoil for tracking purposes.
  • On receipt of the item at our offices, we will inspect your item for:
    1. Completeness of the package
    2. Signs of wear and tear inflicted due to use or resizing/alteration by non-Inspereza jeweller.

Such items will not be accepted as a qualified return.

  • Engraved Jewelry items cannot be returned for a refund, but maybe returned in lieu of in-store credits which may be used in your future purchases with Inspereza.

We suggest you return your product well within before the 30 days, so that the product reaches our office within the 30 day mark and ensures a smooth return process.
