At Inspereza, each product that ships out, is Handcrafted & Tailored “just for you”.

With such being the case and mass production a strict no-no, shipping dates vary from product to product and depend heavily on the ease of sourcing of components and the complexity of the design you have selected. These endorsed dates are clearly mentioned at the respective product pages. We strive to exceed customer expectations and often ship out as soon as it is ready. Oh yes, we love surprising you!

• All days mentioned are business days, i.e. From Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed on days other than the above will be processed the next business day.

Expedited Shipping

If you do require a product to be delivered to you at the earliest, we offer convenient upgrades to help you receive your gift just in time. These options are offered to you in your cart at the time of checkout.

Delivery Details

Our intelligent system automatically offers your complimentary shipping option while checking out based on your order value before any taxes (if applicable). Should you choose to upgrade the available option, charges for the same will be added to your cart.

Inspereza requires that you or your representative to sign for the delivery of the item. This is a mandatory requirement proposed keeping in mind, a secure delivery of your order. Thus being the case, we do not deliver to PO Boxes as this presents a gaping security risk in the process of securely delivering your priced possession.

Inspereza believes in providing you with “Choice”. And as part of our endeavour to truly offer you the choices, following are your options:

• Alternate Delivery Address – While all deliveries are preferably delivered at your payment method’s billing address, you have a choice to direct shipment to an alternative address where you will be available to receive and sign for the same. This alternative address will need to be added to the card issuing bank’s account details so as to enable us to verify the same and provided added security to our patrons.
• Fedex Location Pickup – Inspereza along with FedEx offers the flexibility to have your shipment be held at a Fedex secure facility. You may pick up your shipment from any of these FedEx facilities in your locality by presenting a proof of ID/address. A list of Fedex locations are available here.
• If work keeps you busy all week, you may opt for a Saturday Delivery upgrade at a cost. Please call our Customer Service team on (877) 467-7373 and we would be more than glad to assist you.

APO FPO & International Deliveries

Inspereza takes pride in our nations veterans and will go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. We ship to APO/FPO addresses for their convenience via USPS Mail.

Inspereza is currently working on an international presence which should roll out anytime now. However, we do currently ship to countries where shipping from the United States is feasible.
