At Inspereza, we believe handcrafted jewelry deserves a first-class delivery experience. That's why we offer FREE FedEx shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Estimated shipping dates: Know when your order arrives
Since each Inspereza piece is lovingly handcrafted and never mass-produced, shipping timelines can vary depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of its components. To ensure transparency, we provide a clear “Estimated Shipping Date” on each product page, after you've finalized your unique jewelry creation.
Important points to note:
- All days mentioned are business days, i.e. from Monday to Friday

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery information
Choosing your shipping speed:
We aim to make every step of your shopping experience delightful, and that includes a smooth checkout process. We automatically select a complimentary shipping option based on your order value (before taxes, if applicable) during checkout
If you'd like to receive your jewelry order sooner, you'll be presented with convenient upgrade options at an additional cost. These upgrade charges will be clearly displayed and added to your cart.
Delivery confirmation:
Your peace of mind and security are our top priorities. That's why we ask for a signature from you or a representative upon delivery of your order. This helps make sure that your package reaches you safely and securely.
In order to maintain this level of security, we regret to inform you that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Using a PO Box poses too great a risk in terms of keeping your order protected throughout the delivery process.
Delivery options:
Inspereza believes in providing you with “Choice”. That's why we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs. Choose from the following to make sure your jewelry arrives exactly how and when you want it:

Ship to billing address: This is the most common option, and your jewelry will be delivered to the address associated with your payment method.

Alternate delivery address: Need your jewelry delivered somewhere else? No problem! You can provide a secure alternate address during checkout. This address will need to be verified with your bank for added security.

FedEx location pickup: For added flexibility, you can choose to have your package held at a secure FedEx location for pickup at your convenience. Simply present a valid ID and proof of address to claim your order. A list of nearby FedEx locations is available here.
- Saturday delivery upgrade: If work keeps you busy all week, we offer Saturday delivery upgrades for an additional cost. Simply call our helpful customer service team at (877) 467-7373 and they will be happy to assist you with scheduling this upgrade.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep by clicking here.

APO/FPO shipping
At Inspereza, we honor and value our nation's veterans. We are proud to offer convenient USPS Mail shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
Delays
We strive to get your beautiful jewelry to you as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally delay deliveries. These could be due to factors beyond our control. In the unfortunate event of a delay, you will be informed via email or phone with updates on your order's status. If a delay is significant and you would prefer to cancel your order, we'll be happy to process a full refund, including your original shipping cost.
Expanding our reach: International shipping
Inspereza is currently working on an international presence. While our international shipping options are still under development, we do currently ship to countries where shipping from the United States is feasible. Returns
Love it or return it – Hassle-free
At Inspereza, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your jewelry. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, with no questions asked. If for any reason your new jewelry isn't perfect, you can easily return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned?
We accept returns on most unused jewelry, including engraved items, although depending on the item, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us at (877) 467-7373 or write to us at hello@inspereza.com for more information.
How will I get refunded?
When you return an item, you'll receive a full refund for the purchase price using the original payment method. For bank wire transfers, refunds will be issued via certified check mailed to your billing address.

Pack your return securely: Carefully repack your unworn jewelry in its original packaging, including any certificates or reading materials that were included.

Print your return label: We'll email you a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. Simply print it out and affix it to the outside of your return package.

Schedule a pickup: Call FedEx at the number provided on the label to schedule a convenient pickup for your return.
- Track your return: Keep the counterfoil for your return label as proof of shipment. You can also track your return online by logging into your account and using the tracking number provided.
What we look for when you return an item:
- Completeness of the package (all original materials included)
- No signs of wear and tear (jewelry should be unworn)
- No resizing or alterations by a non-Inspereza jeweler
Important return policy details:

Time limit: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We recommend returning your item well within this timeframe to ensure a smooth process.

Original condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all documentation included.

Loss of certificate: A certificate of authenticity is included with all Inspereza jewelry purchases. In the case of a lost certificate, a replacement can be obtained for a fee of $250.

Free returns: We offer a complimentary return label for all eligible returns within the 30-day window.
Initiating your return:
There are three ways to initiate your return:

Online account: If you have an Inspereza account, log in and choose "Order History" to select the items you wish to return.

Order lookup: If you placed your order as a guest, you can use our order lookup tool to find your order and select the items for return.

Security reminder:
For security reasons, please avoid writing "jewelry," "diamonds," or other related terms on the outside of your return package.
Non-returnable items:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Damaged, modified or worn jewelry
- Jewelry repaired, resized, or engraved by another jeweler
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will then carefully inspect it to make sure it meets our return criteria. This inspection process typically takes up to 7 business days.
After your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 8-12 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Partial returns: For partial order returns, you will be refunded for the returned items only. If you fail to return a free gift, the corresponding value will be deducted from your refund.

Missing certificates: A $250 fee will be deducted from your refund if any certificates are missing from your return.
Please note: You will still be responsible for the full payment on your original payment method.
Pre-designed styles: For pre-designed styles, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. In some cases, such as bank wire, cash, or certain other payment methods requiring special processing, a refund may be issued by check.
